Pros: We loved the hotel location and rooms were lovely. The staff were also excellent and made us feel very welcome!

Cons: It was a little noisy in the room at night it seemed to be coming from the air conditioning vent. But you got used to it and it was fine Also breakfast was nice but seemed a little samey everyday. Would be nice to have option of omelettes and pancakes sometimes

Pros: Extremely friendly and professional staff. Very stylish interiors and in case of the Junior Suite very spacious room. The value for the money is uncomparable with other hotels in town in any way.

Pros: Beautiful building, great location, big room, even the prices are acceptable. Very good breakfast.

Cons: I think the sink wasn't cleaned properly after the last guest, there were some "red bits" in there, don t really know what that was, weird. Parking is expensive.

Pros: The best location in town!!! One of the best breakfast I had in my life. We visit often Brno and I will not change Grandezza for nothing else. Staff is also wonderful.

Pros: Excellent location, very close to the railway station. Our room was right facing the square, it’s amazing seeing the sun rising in the early morning in the empty square and gradually the it is filled with the vendors. The receptions were very kind and willing to help, although the lady gave me the wrong information about the railway station, but she did it in a good will and luckily I myself made the right decision and did not miss the train :-)

Cons: The only suggestion would be if the hotel can switch the sensor light to normal bulb, the door way on second floor was so dim and dark at night, I dared not take the lift even. Imagine a coming lift with people conservation inside and when the door is open you realize it was empty and the sound is part of the music and around you was the darkness.

Pros: Booked last minute and the staff were excellent, very accommodating. Lady at the front desk couldn't have been nicer, and even gave us a free room upgrade since the computer system was having a bit of trouble. The room was very clean and well isolated, couldn't hear any noise at all. The toiletries were excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices. Overall, nothing to fault.

Pros: We arrived and was greeted with a nice cold glass of Moscato D’Asti. We stayed for our wedding anniversary on the 6th of Aug. The horel was really nice. The room was nicely decorated with rose petals and a bottle of sparkling wine was sent to our room.

Pros: Super clean hotel, massive and very comfortable room. One of the best places I’ve stayed at in the last years. Very central location, parking provided. Great value for money, will definitely stay here again on the way back to Brno

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. I also like that the bath robe was a good size, I've stayed in some hotels that believe only slim people live in this world.

Cons: I found the bed to be to soft and caused my partner to have a bad back. Also when you opened the bathroom door there was a loud vacumm sound.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, but not catching all the noise form the center. People at the reception were extremely friendly and the welcome drink was surprisingly tasty. My son spent over an hour in the bathtub, that's how relaxing it was. I had an excellent night of sleep. The offer in pillows is varied and I found my preferred option. The breakfast was splendid. Good offer of all sorts of breakfasts and pancakes are prepared right in front of you. I would go back any time I stay in Brno.

Cons: I will push it when I say the bacon at the breakfast was not to my liking.

Pros: The hotel is a very pleasant, small property with a lot of charm. The hotel itself is quiet - with no sounds of doors, flushing or footsteps, but we did have a fair amount of street noise given the proximity of the outdoor cafes. I expect this would be greatly diminished in the cooler months. Breakfast was very good and the coffee quite good also, but I think some background music in the dining room would perhaps add a small degree of privacy for conversation. The room has a very quiet, efficient AC unit. Staff were friendly, professional and multi-lingual. The location, right at Zelny Trh, is fabulous - restaurants, sights and shopping all around.

Pros: The hotel is right in the pedestrian zone on the Cabbage Market. The furnishings are quite unique, the breakfast is super.

Cons: Arriving by car is a little tricky, there is no place to stop the car in front of the hotel. You have to go to the near shopping center “Spalicek” which has an underground garage and leave your car there. After check-in you will receive a card to access parking, and since then you can use the parking at any time. Maybe this should be mentioned in the hotel info page, so that visitors do not have to search a place where to leave their car to check-in.

Pros: the location is perferct, in the center of Brno. breakfast is from 7:00

Cons: The room was facing a bar and was a bit noisy till midnight. The shower had a bit of fluctuation of temperature and need to be careful.

Cons: We ordered a room in the description of which indicated that its size is 20 square meters, that it has a bathrobe and slippers, as well as tea and coffee facilities. In fact, it turned out that a room measuring 10 square meters (so small that the suitcase had to be placed in the bathroom), a coffee machine is present, but coffee is for money only, and there is no tea, bathrobe or slippers at all. When we contacted the reception we were told that we have a very good bathroom instead, and everything that is missing is only in the delux rooms. Well, in addition, it is very stuffy on the stairs and in the elevators, there are no air conditioners there. A huge problem is with parking. To enter the hotel, you need to break the rules of the road and go under the sign "pedestrian zone" and hope that the police will not stop you. It is still impossible to drive up to the hotel itself, since the road is blocked by a barrier. so the closest point in 50 meters. Then the porter should come and repark the car. In our case, it simply was not there. And if you have a lot of luggage ... It's all very far from the declared 4-stars and certainly not worth the money we paid.

Pros: Beautiful lobby and breakfast room

Cons: Room was small and overlooking a beer hall below. Heard noise until late. If opened the window, which we had to one night due to A/C not working, then you smell smoke from the beer hall. Also the Hotel says they have a restaurant but they don’t.

Pros: Good Hotel position near main center. And parking lot is very close from Hotel.

Pros: Wonderful building in the heart of the old city. Stained glass windows and beautiful furnishings. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast very good. Within a 10 minute walk to the main train station and most of the sights of the Brno's old town.

Cons: The coffee was the worst I have ever had for breakfast in a hotel. The armchair in the room and bathroom tiles, fixtures and fittings were a little worn out, but everything was functioning absolutely fine.

Pros: perfect location of the hotel, nice, helpful and kind staff, perfect and rich breakfast, advantage was opening hours of wellness centre from the morning (8:00) till evening (21:00), I would definitely recommend.
