Cons: A map of shuttle drop off and pick up locations was needed. It was great they had a shuttle to downtown and the show.

Pros: Booked last minute and the staff were excellent, very accommodating. Lady at the front desk couldn't have been nicer, and even gave us a free room upgrade since the computer system was having a bit of trouble. The room was very clean and well isolated, couldn't hear any noise at all. The toiletries were excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices. Overall, nothing to fault.

Pros: The hotel is simply stunning both inside and out and finished to an extremely high standard. The decor is beautiful and compliments the historical building. The staff could not be more helpful making all the necessary arrangements for us to enjoy our holiday. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable, fitted with a high quality bathroom, creating a picture of modern elegance. Our stay at the hotel was truly luxurious and there is no doubt we will be returning.

Pros: It's a fabulous hotel. Ultra-hip contemporary design with generously sized, quiet and restful rooms with all the comforts you could want; very welcoming and helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble - the service was exceptional. The building is beautiful and very well located - a restored palace right in the centre of town near all the major sights and shopping/restaurants.

Cons: it felt like somebody was smoking in room before us we were struggling with doors at night, when you have to use card to enter hotel, doorman didnt advice us anything, after few attemps we asked him and he responded if we belong to hotel, like we are students trying to sneak in. Little thing but i would expect, that he should suppose that people belongs there and threat them as guest till they dont prove otherwise. Its little thing, which i wouldnt even mention if its not fancy 150usd / night hotel

Pros: Exceptional service (receptionist), very kind, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the whole concept of the hostel/hotel. The room was very spacious, nice and fully equipped. Stayed in a four beds room with a private bathroom and a small kitchen. Really appreciate towels (two of them!) on the room, nice bed linen (not really used to it on hostels), two pillows, a small lamp above each bed, hair dryer... Really happy about the cleanness in the whole room, especially bathroom. Also the location in the city center is just perfect.

Cons: not much. but the fact remains that i went during the lockdown( due to coronavirus outbreak). i was the only person in my dorm. so hard to tell the cons. but yes, the lockers are tiny. and the reception is open only for select hours. so check in is a big problem if your timing is a bit off-hours.

Pros: Hostel is pretty nice, especially the location. You cnget everywhere by foot within a few minutes. Our apartment had 4 beds and a kitchen on it's own which is pretty nice if you're staying longer.
Cons: If you're a light sleeper, it's worth knowing that there's a bell tower super near and it rings literally every fifteen minutes, even the whole night. They provide you with the earplugs, but I still woke up twice during the night when an earplug would fall out. My friend didn't have any trouble sleeping though.
