No breakfast ordered. Situation handy.
I doubt if I even got what I paid for, but I wanted cheap, it certainly was, but the bed was clean. Fancy having a shower without a soap holder, no glass shelf in the bathroom. Clean carpet? There was a very doubtful stain near the bed. Even boiling the water was very difficult.
The location was the only good thing about the hotel as it is close to Mater hospital and southbank.
The bathroom had mould on walls and ceiling, bathroom blind had gaps so people could see straight in. Limited to no parking on site available.
The easy access to after hours key etc. Good location and cheep price.
Location is handy.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Bad quality and the springs were digging into my back. Had to sleep on the blanket to ease the pain. The walls are paper thin so you do not get any peace or quiet. There was a constant wet towel like smell in the rooms. No flynet on the windows so at your own risk opening them for freah air as it was looking into the vois between buildings so who knows what can crawl in. The bathroom was clean but mould growing on the walls and paint chipping off. Overall terrible two nights never again for 70 dollars a night.
The location was awesome! From this hotel you can walk right to one of two nearest ferry stops and hop aboard to Brisbane CBD or any other part of the city.
The room itself was tidy, the bed however was extremely uncomfortable and the shower had very little water pressure. Wifi reception was also not very good.
With a stay at The Cliff House in Kangaroo Point, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of The Gabba and Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Free self parking is available onsite.
