Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, good breakfast options, and spacious rooms. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms and stained walls, as well as negative experiences with service, including lack of staff presence and poor communication. While some guests appreciated the value for money and amenities like balconies and gym facilities, recurring complaints about malfunctioning air conditioning, insufficient cleaning, and limited reception support affected overall satisfaction.
