Cons: The “accessible” rooms are considerably less comfortable than regular rooms. They lack table, bathroom shower is open and have a very tiny sink. The double bed in the room I stayed was simply a joined together single beds which made my night quite uncomfortable if I decided to sleep hugging my wife as I usually do. Check-in is understaffed and slow which made me spend 25 min in line waiting for my turn.

Also the restaurant closes early, so that if you need anything at night you will have to search for an external restaurant. The staff is not worried to your happiness during your experience in the hotel. Seems that they are not prepared to welcome their clients. The only person in staff I like is Márcia Longo. She is the only one who is prepared to assist their clients.

The location for me was excellent since it provided a church across the street and I could walk everywhere. Some visitors could take exception to the homeless nearby but they were not an imposition. The hotel has a pool and a roof top area for sunning, sauna etc. The staff is friendly and mature. The overall price is wonderful. This was my third visit in the last five years and each year I marvel at what this location provides me

Cons: Room was cramped small, my girlfriend and I hit our heads in every possible surface doing some things like changing or showering. Does not have nightstands by the bed nor power outlets. You could hear people I other rooms ripping toiled paper and in some instances peeing. Heavy doors as if to block sound if not for the paper walls or the sound of running water through the pipes all the time. For the price it was nowhere worth it.

Cons: The size of the rooms (standard) was a bit smaller than we expected. We need to ask at the reception desk to get our room cleaned the next day. The windows were designed in a way that is impossible to open them entirely.

Cons: The cards to open the room doors and the elevator didn’t work most of the time, so we had to struggle to open the door and sometimes had to wait for someone else to get on the elevator to go where we wanted. Room was also smaller than I expected, and the beds had no duvets despite it being winter, so my daughter was really cold at night. The only dinner facility they have is from the hotel next door and is incredibly expensive despite the food being simplistic.

The staff were helpful and even if they did not speak much English or Spanish they understood my survival Portuguese.
Cons: The one thing that really bothered me was how slow and inconsistent the WiFi was. It was just a pet peeve.

Cons: The area is very noisy until very late and poor soundproofing will not guarantee a good sleep. Internet does not work in the room. The shower was at best tepid at night and without hot water in the morning.
