Good location and friendly service. Rooms were clean.
Noisy place (lots of restaurants at the plaza).
Night noise went on till very late Lift
Great location. Very nice staff. Allowed us to leave suitcases in a secure area when we arrived early so that we could be out and about.
Beds not comfortable. People coming and going throughout the night slamming doors inspite of signs showing an individual with a finger over the mouth suggesting quiet.
Fantastic location right on the Placa Reial. The staff were friendly. Air con and wifi worked well.
The room was dark and cramped and terribly noisy. It was impossible to sleep at night due to 200 people at the restaurant right outside the bedroom until 2am or later. There are 1 or 2 giant spotlights shining directly into the bedroom windows. The sheets and curtains look like they've been there since the 1970s. I would suggest for Barcelona to stay in a more modern hotel slightly outside the old town.
Hotel was central. Staff was great. Aircondition was great in bedroom.
View from room was horrible. Breakfast was very mean. Not alot of choice. Elevator was so tiny and old style. You could hear every noise of next room near you.
