Located very near to centre. The room and breakfast were quite simple but more than adequate ... which fitted in with the idea of it being a former convent. If it had been too opulent it would have completely ignored the building's history. It is not like staying in a large chain hotel where you could be in any city - this one is pretty unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing. I was very pleased with the balance they had between offering comfort to the guests while maintaining the feel of the history of the building. Don't expect a pool or a gym .. the nun's never had them!
Location, price, breakfast, architecture. I was a little concerned after reading reviews of the neighborhood but never felt unsafe. The location is a couple minute walk to 2 different underground stations that go all over the city. I suggest requesting an attic room (lift to 4th floor then small set of stairs to the attic area)to minimize the sound from the open courtyard. Plus the view to the city is awesome if you havea balcony. Staff is very accommodating. Room was clean and Please remember that this is NOT the US and embrace the history all around you.
My phone was pickpocketed on bus V19 that goes to Park Guell...not in the neighborhood where I stayed.
