The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and insufficient cleaning. Noise was a recurring concern, with complaints about thin walls, construction, and plumbing sounds. Some guests also found the beds uncomfortable.
