Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent and central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, such as lack of staff presence, complicated check-in processes, and poor communication. Cleanliness is also a concern, particularly regarding bathrooms and common areas. Some guests mention that amenities, especially kitchen facilities, are lacking or insufficient. Overall, while the location stands out positively, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
