Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests found the rooms to be small and sometimes uncomfortable, with issues such as cramped spaces and small beds. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean accommodations while others reported issues like stained furniture or unclean linens. The elevators were frequently mentioned as problematic, with reports of them being out of order or poorly ventilated. Overall, the hotel offers a prime location and good service, but room size and elevator reliability could be improved.
