It's in Banff so that is the positive thing.
The hotel is dated and did not match its pictures. It felt worn around the edges. The pool looked nice but as soon as we went to use the maintenance man opened the pump utility door and made a racket the whole time were were there as he sat looking at his phone. The front staff were not helpful or friendly. The hallways felt dirty and heavily deodorized.
The parking and easy access were appreciated, easy to navigate inside the building, upon arrival the staff explained everything really well didn’t need to ask much which was nice
A little disappointed that we didn’t have complimentary breakfast I was told the restaurant was a separate business which is fine but a percentage off our bill or a coupon would have been nice for staying at the location
Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location.
Good facilities and helpful staff.
A little far from downtown.
Large, comfy room. Separate sink to the bathroom area. Lounge area for sitting. Good restaurant. Excellent front of house staff. Free underground parking.
Cleaning trolley left outside room even late in evening. Fire in lobby only lit first evening even though it snowed heavily! Quite a walk from the centre which we like but for others may be a negative factor.
