no heater, no fan in the bathroom and the sink was clogged. $200 deposit?? Why? I know it is gonna back to my account but still too much for deposit. the location is perfect
Perfectly Located for Royal Farms Arena Event
We stayed there to go to a concert at Royal Farms arena. It is right across the street. We were able to have a few drinks in the hotel bar which was very nice and had good service. We went to a very nice Irish pub (Mick O'sheas) for dinner that was a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds.
It needed many obvious small repairs that made you feel like you definitely weren't in a luxurious hotel. Parking was not compensated and added $30 to our stay and there was no complimentary breakfast.
Great Value but...
The location was great and it was nice to walk to Orioles game. The kids enjoyed the pool. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
The valet was expensive and self park option was confusing. We were told that we couldn’t leave car out front to check in first and would have to carry our bags from the lot. Not the best first impression when checking into a hotel for the first time.
Nice staff , comfortable bed and clean room
The thermostat didn’t work, really hot in the room trying to sleep
exactly what I was looking for downtown.
beds were awesome. front desk staff very accommodating .
outside smoking area didn't have a canopy or a windbreak. wasn't so much an "area" than a sign on an exterior wall.
Ridiculously HOT. No way to change settings on AC.
Room had plenty of space, bed was comfortable. Very clean hotel and staff was very friendly.
No outlets by the bed. No complimentary coffee in lobby. I prefer to stay where breakfast is included.
Staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
The breakfast options were limited.
Location Served purpose to watch a ball game at Camden Yards
Upon arrival was told not to unload bags..had to park in parking garage (hidden $20 more dollars) and walk bags in a long distance. Check in staff not friendly at all. In house bar staff below average attitudes.
Staff was awesome
They told me water was going to be turned off from 9:00 til 1:00 which was okay cause woke up in the morning to go to the aquarium came back around 6:00 and still no water. When the water did come on had no hot water.
Very nice hotel.. good value
Very pleasant staff, very spacious room, the room was extraordinarily clean. I'm glad I stayed there I'm told the facility will be upgraded which will be nice. Still, it is very nice for the money I paid to stay there. It was nice having a continental breakfast. The lady coordinating the continental breakfast is very cheerful and pleasant. Good value. I hope to stay there again.
nothing. All was fine
Hotel was okay for people it serves
