Breakfast was not great. Minimal. Could have had some fresh bagels, etc. and maybe some fruit.
More selection. Didn't explain clearly that property was on a hill and that the Octogon House's basement was the same level as #2 in the main building. Had no problem getting to our room, but were lost getting from our room to the lobby.
room very humid and carpet damp
The cashier in the cafeteria definitely needs additional training for working with customers. Before we complained, the cashier didn’t allow us to use one of the breakfast coupons that were provided by the hotel at check-in. In addition, she put some nonsense constraints on what food (e.g. bottle drink) cannot be purchased with the coupon.
great breakfast! thanks for the comp
Balcony, staff, bed.
I got very lost getting there. Google maps didn’t know that Cross Country blvd became a Kelly ah at a certain point, and I wandered around for 45 minutes trying to find the hotel. Desk Staff did her best to help me when I called for help but didn’t know the neighborhood. Another person was finally called and was able to guide me here and printed me a map the next day. Whew!
