Pros: Very warm and cozy house with a very warm welcome from the staff, would definitely return.

Pros: This was a lovely place to stay and both the proprietor and breakfast chef were friendly, warm and catered for their guests. The room and property had everything you could ask for. The bed was really comfy and loved the coffee machine in the room. Every angle was well thought out for guests. The breakfast spread was very impressive and included a cooked option - which cooked beautifully. Hope to stay there again when I’m in Ayr!

Pros: Lovely spacious room with en-suite, great location along a lovely street which is close walking distance to The beach, and the town centre. Great restaurants close by. Hosts were really friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to visit close by. Breakfast fabulous. They have a lovely wee bar if you want to relax for a chat and drink. Ayr is a pretty town close to Alloway and other historical sites.

Pros: Beautiful premises, bed was so comfy and the breakfast was superb!!! The staff were so welcoming and kind, they even thought of that extra touch to get birthday balloons! Would definitely stay again

Pros: The location of the property is lovely - a quiet tree-lined street with safe parking (for which you get a permit on arrival). The hosts are very welcoming and show you to your room on arrival. Our room was on the top floor. It was immaculate with lovely big windows letting in lots of light even though it was dull outside. The bed was HUGE, very comfortable. The bathroom was also huge with a superb bath and shower and great products - Arran Aromatics. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. You're given a menu card and are asked to order the night before which means its ready for you when you go down in the morning. The quality of the food is first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.

Pros: The owners of the Daviot hotel Richard and Linda were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The dining room was beautiful, in fact all the rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was superb after a long journey! Highly recommended. And the USB multi-port in the room was a great thought as we had left our USB plugs in the car! We will stay again thank you.

Pros: A very plush, comfortable room in a top floor suite with amazing memory foam mattresses and a fab bathroom with mirrored lights. All to a very high spec and nice and private. Great friendly hosts and a superb breakfast with ample choice to cater for all tastes.

Pros: Lady of the house was very kind and makes a gorgeous breakfast. Medium twin room was decorated modern, the whole home was spotless! WiFi code was on the mirror if anyone is looking for it! Beds were very comfy. Shared bathroom was neat but had everything you could need. Private parking is always a bonus. We were heading to a wedding at the Western House across the road so perfect location for us. 11/10.

Pros: We have stayed at the Arrandale more than a few times. Linda is lovely ( the owner ) very polite and friendly. The facilities are spot on . And it is only two minutes from the sea and two minutes from the town centre . Always a pleasure to go back .

Pros: The staff were very friendly, without being intrusive, and especially the breakfast staff were great.

Pros: Hotel was nice and staff very good,when we arraved they were already having trouble with the only lift. during the day after the thnree disabled guests were up in there rooms,the lift went out of action,engineer called but staff had no back uo system to aid the disabled movement,so they had to stay in there rooms. Thank God we never had a fire
