Pros: The house is beautiful in Victorian style. I had a spacious, well equipped and very elegantly decorated room. Sinclair and the other co-owner were both lovely and very caring. Knowing that I had to check out very early in the morning Sinclair arranged a breakfast pack for me.

Cons: The breakfast start time should be on the site. Also booked to include breakfast but couldn't accommodate time before 8am. They offer rooms rate with out breakfast and with. I was still charged for mine. Should have discounted the rate down to the none breakfast price. So that why the low score. Wont be staying again.
