At the drop-off we had to give the keys to a guy in the car park with a little thrifty sticker on his shirt. We did not get any confirmation that we gave the car back nor that is was still in perfect conditions. My flights were delayed so they gave my booked car away. They had no other car options either. Even though I entered all my contact information in while booking the car they said they had received no contact information through kayak. Very disappointing experience.Budget

The price given to me online was not the price I was charged for and when I called the 800 number, the customer service office was closed. I feel I was charged more money because I was in a rush to catch my flight- Poor business practice by Budget. When I picked up the car, the service representatives had me sign that the car was not damaged before even receiving the keys. I asked if there was damage, could I come back and fill out the form to reflect that, and they said "yes"... but the second I received my keys they shut the gates and left for the day. I asked why the price on the document they gave me was different than what I received online and they told me I'd only be charged the additional amount if I returned the car with less than a full tank of gas. The car was returned full and I was still charged more money than quoted online.5.2 Fair

When other rental car companies quoted me it was an all inclusive cost, it wasn't clearly noted that the car was a manual and the price didn't include insurance. So when I actually picked up the car they gouged me on both of those and the quotes price was more than doubled. I had somewhere to be and didn't have much of a choice. While rental been made with Sixt, car was provided by East Coast Car Rental. Pick up at airport by their shuttle has been fast & convenient, but you need to call for it upon arrival. Beware to their somewhat reduced business hours to make sure it suits your needs and flight schedule. Wait was minimal at counter since we were the only customers then. Car was clean & in perfect mechanical condition. Rates were much lower than with Avis or similar, so it was a good deal considering price/quality.Cons:
From information gathered on Sixt website, we were expecting newer car as they mention theirs to be like 3-6 months old on average. Ours was more like 3-4 years old and 98K. Nevertheless its been in perfect mechanical condition, so despite that point, I don't hesitate to recommend.10.0 Wonderful

Rental office was a bare industrial building. Shuttle service was on demand, not scheduled - not every arriving customer is prepared to make local phone calls. Car itself looked like it was purchased at auction. A $2000 (yes two thousand) deposit was taken for the rental (which was more than the car was worth from the looks of it) and I didn't notice until on the road that the fuel tank was empty. I was lucky to make it to city center. On returning the car, the office was empty. No agents. No driver (off airport location, so getting to the airport was an issue). I left the key on a desk (after taking photos and video of the vacation office). As I was calling an Uber, the lone employee pulled up in the shuttle with customers on board. He said he'd drive me to the airport immediately. He did so 30 minutes later. I travel for a living. In 35 years of travel, this is the second worst rental car experience. Called to say we were stuck in traffic as we were getting close to their closing time, they said not to worry as they were quite busy and would be there late. Not sure how a car rental at an international airport can close at 5pm.Cons:
Returning the car was interesting... the office had moved and in four phone calls to set up the return nobody mentioned that fact. We were lucky to see a SMALL note that had their new address. As we got close to the new return site a car pulled along side, asked whether we were returning a rental then said to bark in a certain lot at the airport and he would come find us... we parked and unloaded and he did come by but it was odd.
