Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city, and many appreciated the spaciousness and unique decor of the rooms. However, several reviews highlighted serious concerns with the service, including lack of staff presence, poor communication, and unresponsiveness. Cleanliness was also an issue for some guests, with reports of unclean rooms and maintenance problems. While the location and room size were strong positives, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
