Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access beaches, the old city, and local attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with many guests noting well-maintained rooms and daily cleaning. However, several guests reported issues with noise, particularly from neighboring rooms or the street, and some were disappointed with the pool's cleanliness or availability.
