Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Many reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for the price. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests noting issues with dust, old furnishings, and insufficient cleaning. Noise was also mentioned as a problem, especially in rooms facing busy streets or nightlife areas.
