Pros: Everything locations, staffs professionalism & great customer service.

Pros: Have stayed there before. It's the place I'd like to stay when visiting Angeles City. Unfortunately is so popular that sometime I can't get in there. It's the property of choice for me!!!

Cons: The hotel building n rooms had big cracks n tiles fallen off. They claim it has happened due to an earthquake that took place 2-3 months back. The washrooms don't have necessary toiletries and the commode is very very small which makes it extremely uncomfortable. The laundry service was extremely horrible and the staff seem to be highly ignorant n insensitive

Pros: Great service, staff always so happy, love staying here. Pool was closed at night but they still let us swim and enjoy the night view

Cons: Good food in the restaurant but the wine selection is shocking and charging 1,000 pesos corkage on wine is ridiculous when you are not providing a decent selection.

Pros: 24/7 rooftop bar was great to rendez vous point for our group of friends. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Bedroom and bathroom large.

Cons: Only issue was that wallpaper was peeling in the room, a few tiles were missing in the bathroom, and the faucet was very stiff.

Cons - I had a group booking for 10 rooms paid by myself, booked 7-11 aug 19. (7king rooms 7-11aug and 3king rooms 7-10 and 3queen rooms 10-11Aug 19. When i checked in i inquried if could get a refund for 1 king room on 9-10 Aug 19 and 3 queen room 10-11 Aug 19. I was told it was not possible as its lesser then the required 72hrs policy. I informed the front desk, my friend will check out on 09aug19 for the 01 king room, but i shall use the room until 10aug19, since its already paid for and collect keys for 3 queen rooms on 10-11Aug19. On 09 Aug 19, my friend checkout at 10am. At 2Pm , I requested for my friend room key since its been fully paid until 10 Aug 19. The front desk tells me but you friend already check out, i told them but my room is fully paid until 10 aug 19, I want to use the king room. The staff could not provide me the room as they had sold that room to other guest. At 330pm, I informed the front desk either you give me a new king room or refund my payment for 9-10aug19. The front desk staff keep repeating its not refundable. I requested to see the manager, and update me the situation. At 5pm i checked again the morning shift front desk had gone home so i had to explain the whole story again to evening front desk staff, who didnt have any clue after lengthy explaination and requesting to escalate matter to their Manager and get back to me asap it was 630pm. The next day on 10 Aug 19 at 2pm the manager finally sees me and after my explanation to him, he tells me he will need to consult his manager to decide if a refund was possible, as now he has a clearer picture. At 6pm on 10aug19, this issue was still pending on my refund status.

Cons: No breakfast. Room in ages. Need to renovate. view from room into a carnage place. i broke accidentally a salt shaker. they charge me 250 Peso. in jonny's supermarkt you can buy for 40 Peso. Ridicules.

Pros: The room was modern and stylish with comfortable beds and pillows! And the rooms had a lovely Fresh aroma that was relaxing!

Cons: On arrival at lunchtime difficulty finding out when room was available. decided to eat in their café. from the menu 3 items were not available NO STOCK!!!! how can an hotel kitchen not have burgers and French fries or asparagus soup???? Seriously bad planning. First night phone next room rings constantly at 11pm. reception take time to answer us. go to reception they cut phone say people not in then check room. third night 4 am loud conversation same room next door reception again slow to respond. breakfast first morning workmen hammering nails into partition next to kitchen, staff standing around just laughing and talking several times no attempt to relate to presence of guests. we have to get reception to tell work to stop. second day the same, but work stop when we appear asked for second room access card wanted another 500 pesos deposit overall reception staff only talk in regimentated clichés that matters are management policy, everything seemed to take for ever to do. Checkout no apologies for the inconveniences no recognition for giving financial reduction to bill. only talk in circles about checking with management and not actually doing anything. no decision making too many staff standing around doing nothing.

Cons: The staff always seem to never have my reservation after I have made it through booking.com I have to try and provide them with different ways to show them proof I have a reservation there. It is cumbersome and a waste of my time.

Pros: The hotel room smelt clean and fresh as soon as you entered. There were PWD railings in the bath room which allowed for accessibility and safety. The breakfast tasted good. The pool was nice, clean and clear.

Cons: Rooms are not soundproof and thus noise from neighboring rooms and the hall can be clearly heard and can be disruptive. Parking can be a challenge if fully booked.

Cons: The handle on the window broke and wasn't repaired so I heard everything outside my window for 8 nights. The door to my room wouldn't accept my key card for the first 4 days. There was no way to pay with a credit card for over a week. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the tub was cracked. The brace for the shower head was broke also.

Pros: This hotel looks very dated from the outside but once inside the hotel is very good. The rooms are very large and were very clean. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss for me but it might have been my laptop. The location is also very good. Lots of places to store clothes. The in room laptop safe was very large and secure.
