worn out towels, problem in the shower drain,
NOT A LOT
On arrival at lunchtime difficulty finding out when room was available. decided to eat in their café. from the menu 3 items were not available NO STOCK!!!! how can an hotel kitchen not have burgers and French fries or asparagus soup???? Seriously bad planning. First night phone next room rings constantly at 11pm. reception take time to answer us. go to reception they cut phone say people not in then check room. third night 4 am loud conversation same room next door reception again slow to respond. breakfast first morning workmen hammering nails into partition next to kitchen, staff standing around just laughing and talking several times no attempt to relate to presence of guests. we have to get reception to tell work to stop. second day the same, but work stop when we appear asked for second room access card wanted another 500 pesos deposit overall reception staff only talk in regimentated clichés that matters are management policy, everything seemed to take for ever to do. Checkout no apologies for the inconveniences no recognition for giving financial reduction to bill. only talk in circles about checking with management and not actually doing anything. no decision making too many staff standing around doing nothing.
The staff always seem to never have my reservation after I have made it through booking.com I have to try and provide them with different ways to show them proof I have a reservation there. It is cumbersome and a waste of my time.
Second stay here after a great experience before. But won’t be back again.
Didn’t clean room. Had to beg for an extra key card. Stubborn receptionist. Really poor this time
The hotel room smelt clean and fresh as soon as you entered. There were PWD railings in the bath room which allowed for accessibility and safety. The breakfast tasted good. The pool was nice, clean and clear.
Rooms are not soundproof and thus noise from neighboring rooms and the hall can be clearly heard and can be disruptive. Parking can be a challenge if fully booked.
