Pros: There are really two things that to me stood out for the Wild Orchid Resort. First is its staff. From the Front Desk to the waitresses, cooks, house keeping, maintenance and grounds keepers - they were all friendly and super polite. They were always smiling and addressing me as "Mr." Secondly is how well the grounds are maintained. Everything was trimmed and well kept, which I feel shows detail in the management of the resort.
The room was comfortable and the small A/C unit performed extremely well.

Cons: wifi so bad and they need to fix up the hotel all over and chance all the old bed

From the Front Desk to the waitresses, cooks, house keeping, maintenance and grounds keepers - they were all friendly and super polite. They were always smiling and addressing me as "Mr." Secondly is how well the grounds are maintained. Everything was trimmed and well kept, which I feel shows detail in the management of the resort.

Cons: My only dislike is that since I was staying in the older wing of rooms they are in need of some renovation. The shower head desperately needed to be replaced as well as the tub itself.

Cons: Even they have nice rooms, you might be assigned one looking to a wall. Not family friendly. Manager refuse to allow my stepdaughter visit because they have kids.

He was pretty rude, and the only person I saw the staff go out of their way for. I guess this is a don't give a lot don't get a lot kind of place.

Cons: I was dissapointed with the cleanliness the sofa are very dirty a lot of stain and the dining chair are so duty and the kitchen either when we go to the villa the card is not working and we can't open the door we have to visit again the reception for the activation the reception is quite far as we stay in the villa , the master bedroom sink is blocked the Barbeque area is so dirty and no lights and the bbque grill is not available the pillow and the blanket smells bad I can give a bad rate for our stay in this hotel
