Soft mattress albeit a little on the short side. Friendly staff. Free drinks! Clear communication.
Toilet privacy could be better.
Excellent location in the Nine streets - very trendy and great cafes / eateries around, and excellent shops. Central. Great for walking around the canals. Beautiful room - spacious and comfortable, oozing character. Good amenities, and free minibar!
Don't expect hotel facilities - there is no reception or common rooms (lounge etc). You check in online and get an access code and go to your room. This is not really a negative at all, just to align expectations. Steep and narrow staircase entrance - beware with big, heavy bags.
Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Really great central location, close to trams, shops and major attractions. Owner was really welcoming and made our stay extra special. Coffee machine in room was a special bonus.
Nothing I didn’t like it was all great.
The room was beautifully appointed and pristine. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and sites. You will not be disappointed.
no breakfast provided, very very very expensive for what is provided. Extremely expensive- no sense for this price!!! the system with the code to access door is not very easy to understand and on this price you must be waited with flowers and fruits. the check out is at 11 am which is very fast and stress a lot the client to get out on the right time.
sooooo expensive, no value for those money. the shops around are very strange, the restaurants very expensive. i suggest you to stay around Amsterdam- for example in EDAM or Haarlem which are so nice and lovely - do not pay so much money for accomodation in Amsterdam
