Best bartender in the world
My wife and I make a great craft cocktail every night and when we travel it's something we look for a truly appreciate. Merlijn (impossible to pronounce correctly), the head bartender at the brasserie in the hotel is simply, the best. Specific pointer, his Vesper is the best Vesper cocktail we've ever had.
The atmosphere, the nice bed, the beautiful settings and the garden, the small cookies served in the lounge for you coffee
I would prefer to know there was no door to the toilet before I ordered the room. The coffee at the breakfast could be "up graded" and put a toaster next to the bread, instead of asking the waiter to do it
I really like the decor @ public areas
The standard double room that I stayed is not in a good condition, too dark and small for too many furnitures, wc was not fixed well, switches in room are not convenient and there has not sufficient lights in room particularly in bathroom, also the bath tub is too high.
Excellent room, except the televisionset was seriously outdated and not in conformity with a 5 star small luxury hotel of the world status
the terras, restaurant service of 2 of the employees was absolutely below standard with total disinterest. Questions asked during lunch service where either simply ingnored or responded too late
Ideal for couples, Quiet and secluded. Very attentive staff.

Personalized friendly service, great location, excellent food and drinks, intimate ambience
Attention to detail, design, menu, service
The hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. It was expensive but it worth it. If you are going to splurge then this is how it should be done. My room had a perfect view of the canal.
I suppose some aspects of the room could have been a little cleaner but even still everything was great. They took good care of us.
It was a nicely designed hotel and the room was very stylish and comfortable.
The shower leaked badly and was not fixed after we mentioned it. In addition, the room was impractical with insufficient space to put things away. Breakfast service was slow.
staff service and dining room
room 23 in attic: electrics very hard to de-cipher! In bathroom, design prevails over functionality eg mirrors: size/location (hopeless!). Try shaving...near impossible!
Went shopping and to many, many museums.
Loved the hotel! Not one complaint. The location was great, the rooms were great and the hotel staff was wonderful.
