The breakfast was wonderful every day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the opulence of the lobby and coffee area.
We had no view at all - only a window to a courtyard.
Such a beautiful hotel and lovely staff, we were very kindly upgraded to the pink suite and it made our trip to Amsterdam so special. Will definitely be returning one of my favourite hotels I’ve visited. Should be 5 star!
Check in staff was amazing. Our room very nice!
One staff member during the day was rather rude.
Short walk from main square and attractions. Helpful staff and very comfortable room
Couldn’t stay longer !!!
The breakfast was spectacular, huge variety, delicious and beautiful to take in. Longer hours allowed for late casual relaxed breakfast dining. Also the open access to sweet candies, coffee, teas and drinks all day was wonderful and much appreciated. It felt like being the guest of a great and gracious hostess. Also the afternoon and evening snacks of cookies, biscuits and chocolates was fantastic. The location for my needs was ideal. The many lobby rooms and lounges meant full use of the hotel public spaces for relaxing, reading, hosting friends, conversation and meeting of fellow guests. Also you could always find a quiet secluded space to be on your own. All the staff was fantastic, helpful, always pleasant and welcoming, from front desk, to attendants, restaurant and bar staff, and housekeeping. My room was large, open and airy, with great light and view on the canal from three window! Loved the bottles of spray room fragrance, and the toiletries were wonderful! Internet was great. Perfect amount of furniture to use and adapt the space as my varied needs required. The bonus extras were worth the extra charge, especially at the discount: the bouquet of flowers were fantastic, and I appreciate the bartender explain to me that the coupon for the two drinks was not the best deal as I was only having one. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
Nothing, they have thought of everything. Even umbrella's and rain ponchos! If I had a criticism it would be, I did not like the fact the food was too good and too much of it. Therefore I gained a few extra pounds during my stay.
