Good value overall, reasonable breakfast, close to rail station and shops
access from street not well signed (should be done better on website). spa open just 4hr per day
Near the train station.
A nice little place to stay. The room was very small and very old, but served its purpose.
The hotel was not as easy to find as it would seem. The address seems as though it should be on the street listed in the address, but the hotel is actually 50 meters off the street down a small alley and behind another house. The most unacceptable aspect of our stay was that the hotel has a locked gate that closes at 9pm. If you expect to arrive later at night, don't book this hotel or you will be locked out.
Good location, 5 min to the train station.
Very, very small rooms. No way to control temperature of water in shower! Wi-Fi signal in room was very low. And very expensive, but it's Zermatt ;)
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was good. Rooms are reasonable in size but with comfortable beds. Hotel is quite convenient to the Train station.
The staff were ever so helpful and the breakfast was really good and the room was small but very comfortable for our stay.
I was booked into a room with a balcony but I didn't get the balcony but that didn't affect our stay. It wasn't until after the first night that I remembered this.
The hotel is quiet, nice and well managed.
It was very nice, but 190 CHF for one night in a tiny apartment (we booked the hotel) was a bit too much, we had to take it because it was a concert weekend.I would have taken it for much longer, its adequate for a holiday but WAY too expensive for what it is on a special weekend.
The price was exagerated just because of the festival. But everyone was doing the same so i guess its only fair....
