Room space was big and quite
AC isnt working in the room and the TV channels are very limited and only in spanish. Also the reception took my credit card data at check in to secure thier room amenities !! This is not normal and didnt happen with me at any other hotel
Just what we wanted! We travelled to Zaragoza by motorcycle from the UK and wanted a hotel that was central so we could walk to the bars and restaurants and this filled the brief perfectly. There was free motorcycling parking opposite the hotel which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful despite our lack of Spanish. The rooms were much larger than we expected. Clean and comfortable with air con that worked when required. The breakfast (part of the cost) was superb with plenty of choice. Overall this was an excellent hotel especially for the price. Highly recommended!
A hotel bar would have been nice, but there are lots within a short walk so this wasn't really an issue. Apart from that there was little else we wanted or needed.
Easy to find if you’re driving; just pull up in front, turn on your emergency flashers and unload. Underground parking not far away. The hotel is on the edge of the “old town” area. Charming pedestrian walking areas with tons of restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful, room good size and clean.
Great location! Good for a city break.
Best in terms of location, price, comfort, and most of all, staff assistance - Ampano at reception while we were there was amazing. She gave us excellent recommendations for dinners, for museums and day trips, and was most helpful in all regards - our thanks to her for making our stay in Zaragoza the best.
