Clean, parking, nice location and view.
Could have been better if the front desk employees are more helpful. I have to say restaurant employees were way more helpful and good to us. Beds are uncomfortable, asking help on that was pretty much ignored. Room was just above the restaurant, so noisy in the mornings and nights. Asking to be relocated to the pool side was pretty much ignored again. Instead they offered "nature view" room instead of "sea view" room that we have paid for and of course we have declined. It looks like those rooms over pool side are reserved for some other elite customers - not for somebody books it from booking.com.
The Breakfast was good, but could have been a little better. I think that some of the selections could do with a change. I would have liked the scrambled eggs to be nice and creamy, But they were over done.
I think the menu could do with some work, just some minor changes but still important to note this. The housekeeping was good, but again could improve as my room was not mopped daily, which i would prefer.
The hotel has a really amazing view - probably the best in Zakynthos. The “adult only” policy is a blessing as there are no crying children and shouting parents. Most of the staff at the bar and the restaurant were friendly. The WiFi signal was good. For all the days after the first, we had probably the best in the hotel - with an amazing wide terrace and also with a double top mattress, which made the hard single beds double and soft. We arrived late and the staff had saved a cold plate from dinner for us.
Where do I begin? We spent the first night in a small room, with a tiny terrace and two hard beds. The receptionist that checked us in said that we’ll have another room in the morning. After I asked, we were given the amazing room. The instructions we were given read: “all inclusive services start at 10.00”, which we thought means everything for the all inclusive guests. It turns out that breakfast is from 8 to 10 and you can get alcohol after 10.00 - that’s how we missed our first breakfast. Most of the food was awful. I had read the reviews here stating the same and I thought they were exaggerating. Oh, no, they were not! At all! I am kind of a picky eater but give me some salad, cheese and meat and I’ll be happy, while my boyfriend is anything but picky. And even he wasn’t able to eat most of the things. There were 2 days old tomatoes and cucumbers at the buffet, the meat was either raw or stringy, some of the days the cheese tasted funny. I had a severe food poisoning the second day from eating “dzadziki” salad at dinner - I am pretty sure it’s made with yoghurt and cucumbers, some onions/garlic. What I had also had carrots and God knows what else (mayonnaise maybe?) and I spent the whole night and most of the next day throwing my guts up and with other awful stomach problems. Good thing is I am coming from a doctors family, so I had the knowledge and the pills to take care of myself and my boyfriend (who had stomach problems, although he didn’t eat the “dzadziki” salad) and we didn’t have to visit the hospital. If you ever decide to go there, don’t get all inclusive! There’s not enough alcohol to drink to compensate for the awful food. And they don’t have no shakes, no fresh juices, not even real Coke - Coca Cola or Pepsi, just some local wannabe. You have only one option for a AI beer - some draft beer, which just tasted like beer, but probably didn’t have any alcohol in it.
Everything was great. The staff was friendly
Food Certainly breakfast. Eggs were like plastic due to the heaters
