Pros: The apartment is great for a stay in the city center of Zagreb. You are only two minutes walk from the main square and you can get anywhere without the car. We parked at the public parking space Paromlin - just behind the main train station (quite busy but very cheap - max. 35 Kuna per day and with a ticket only 10 Kuna/day) and got everywhere by tram or walk. The room was very clean, had everything you need (even an iron and a small fridge :)) The owner are very friendly and can provide you with tips about Zagreb if needed. And we had a very nice view of the cathedral from our room :) Thank you very much for the nice stay in Zagreb! We most liked: - in the city center - you don’t need a car - very clean - very friendly and nice staff - free walking tour through the city - possibility to get by car to the apartment for a few minutes to load the luggage

The hotel was located right near the heart of the city and in walking distance to most landmarks. Rooms were nice and spacious with a great bathtub in the bathroom. Cons: Hotel charged 24 Euros for breakfast, but we opted out as there are many bakeries and cafes close by where you can get a nice breakfast for for 2-3 euros.

Cons: The air conditioning wasn't cooling. We had to change our room. The room had a lot of insects and we were told that this was because there was a botanical garden close by. Breakfast could have a better variety. Some things didnt have much taste.

Cons: staff at the reception was not very friendly and the head concierge was so, so. Our luggage was delayed and did not arrive the same time as we did and concierge was giving us wrong information regarding the delivery of the luggage. He called the airport and told us that the luggage is on the way to the hotel and will arrive in half an hour. one hour later it was still not delivered, then ho told us it will be fifteen minutes. After half an hour he said that luggage is on the way to our other destination-3 hours away. We wasted half a day waiting and now new information. We left and when we arrived in our hotel Monte Mulini in Rovinje, we were told that the luggage did not arrive and that in never was delivered to Zagreb airport. Concierge at such an reputable hotel as yours should never mislead guests and be sure what is he conveying IS the correct information. We lost lot of time of our precious time in Zagreb waiting around.

Pros: It looks good, room is clean and comfortable, parking is free of charge, however- note that the parking is really run down and there are tyre hazards such as pieces of steel sticking out of the ground which can damage your tires, so be careful when parking- especially at the bottom of the parking. Parking is about 5 minutes walking distance from hotel- a bit awkward to find too... Other than this- everything else is perfect!

Pros: hotel dubronki was centrally located but not noisy--the staff was effecient and pleasant..the rooms were nicely furnished--we stayed in a standard and there was a desk,,small table and chairs and two twin beds--traveling with adult child...the bathrooms were spacious and clean--there was no coffee in the rooms but otherwise everything you wanted was there--i would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore zagreb old town--we loved it....
the breakfast that comes with the room is very nice with large selection of meats/cheeses/grilled veggies/stuckli/ breads etc etc we ate breakfast here four times and was never disappointed...yum

Pros: hotel dubronki was centrally located but not noisy--the staff was effecient and pleasant..the rooms were nicely furnished--we stayed in a standard and there was a desk,,small table and chairs and two twin beds--traveling with adult child...the bathrooms were spacious and clean--there was no coffee in the rooms but otherwise everything you wanted was there--i would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore zagreb old town--we loved it....
the breakfast that comes with the room is very nice with large selection of meats/cheeses/grilled veggies/stuckli/ breads etc etc we ate breakfast here four times and was never disappointed...yum
Cons: only thing was no coffee in rooms--but we did not find this in any room in croatia except one that came with a kitchenette and then that was instant--even thoough croatia has a coffee culture it is cafe oriented.

Pros: The location was perfect. Very close to the places we wanted to visit. There was a supermarket a few blocks from the hotel. Many restaurants around, you wouldn’t get hungry. Staff was nice. Cons: Check-in process was a bit confusing, and could have been handled better, considering we had a ton of luggage and nowhere to park. But that didn't really affect our stay. Elevator is slow, and there is only one for all the rooms and housekeeping.

Cons: The only point I would raise is that there was no water boiler for tee/coffee in the room. Another important point for those who like to sleep in quiet, better ask for a room which does not face the street as you can hear the trams passing by. It did not bother us at all.

Pros: The breakfast was decent.
Cons: We have to say that the rooms were not particularly great. Too much room spray was used to an extent that it was no longer acceptable. There are also no bedside lamps and the fridge in the room has a glas door with a bright blue light, which is a bit weird. In short, the quality of the hotel did not at all correspond to what you would expect for that price.

Pros: This is the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered in my extensive travel experiences. They always met me with a friendly smile and greeting, and were very willing to help with travel and other questions.

Cons: No heating at the bar area it was freezing in the evening...bar waitress was reluctant to arrange dinner for one person...later on cooks has been noted leaving workplace almost one hour before scheduled closing time. Bar waittrss left workplace also half an hour before scheduled closing time...very bad, it looks that hotel is stacked in YU time (70’s or before)

Cons: Although the hotel seemed well maintained, the decorations and appliances could use some updating - it was like going back in time (old and small CRT TV, 1980's decorations).

Cons: I've been to like 20 hotels in the past year and this is the first one with a real negative review, it really disappointed me. The room was terrible. Bathroom was terrible. Everything was terrible except the staff and location. There were spiders in room, alive & dead (on spider's cobweb). The room was everything but clean and tidy. There was a lot of trash underneath the bed and in the corners of the room. Bathroom was.... Omg, i dont know the English word for it. It was horrible. Many different kinds of tiles from early 70's I would say. The floor was so cold that I had I feeling I was standing on ice. The toilet also wasn't from this century and it was dirty. The bath was also for 1* hotel (I don't know how this hotel got 3* at first place). The room was very very cold, despite that I have set AC heating to 30degrees. AC heating is placed right bellow the window, but the window isn't tightened to the wall correctly so there are gaps and cold air comes from outside to inside, and warm air from AC goes outside. Therefore the room was also very noisy, I heard the traffic quite loudly all the night. Not to mention doors - I could hear guests from the opposite room talking (not shouting). Breakfast was also bad and poor, not much of a choice.
