good beakfest, but too much industrial
My first contact with the receptionist was like this: Me: Hi, my name is XX and I have a reservation. Receptionist: If we have free rooms. Me: Yes, but I have a reservation. Receptionist: I heard that. If we have free rooms. I got my room in the end but THIS IS NOT HOW YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!
The Hotel was nice and clean. There was even a fridge in the room, so if you want to cool your beverage, it´s possible. The shower was also very good and you have a hairdryer, that you don´t get in all hotels. I stayed just one night but was positively surprised.
During the Check-In, the receptionist was a bit rude. It was an Older Gentleman. My partner and I didn´t really feel Welcome. But there was another Receptionist that same day, who made it all better, was very nice and polite, even made a funny Joke.
Close to city center
Staff is cold, unfriendly and not communicating since they do not speak English- world wide people speak English.
Room for three was quite spacious; beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very close to the station so if you are catching a train, the location is ideal.
Elevator doesn't go to top floor. Staff could smile occasionally, although this is typical of Croatia.
