Pros: Booked this hotel because of the location and lower cost, was surprised to find it was one of the top luxurious hotels in Zagreb. The hotel was located right near the heart of the city and in walking distance to most landmarks. Rooms were nice and spacious with a great bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were very nice and attentive.

Without invoice, I can't refund monay from the company where I work.
I now understood that Kayak is not correct with their customers, you don't care about them..

Pros: hotel dubronki was centrally located but not noisy--the staff was effecient and pleasant..the rooms were nicely furnished--we stayed in a standard and there was a desk,,small table and chairs and two twin beds--traveling with adult child...the bathrooms were spacious and clean--there was no coffee in the rooms but otherwise everything you wanted was there--i would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore zagreb old town--we loved it....
the breakfast that comes with the room is very nice with large selection of meats/cheeses/grilled veggies/stuckli/ breads etc etc we ate breakfast here four times and was never disappointed...yum

Room with very modern decor and very, very clean (what we liked the most) Beautiful coridors and I honestly don't know what people complain about. Breakfast with lot of choices, maybe staff little bit different than in western world not rude just different. I will stay in Laguna deffinitly again.
