Yerevan hotels near National Gallery of Armenia

Pros: Location Location Location... some staff were extremely nice and friendly (reception and dinning area..). Room is spacious and clean. Mattress very comfortable.

Cons: The fact that it's listed as 5 star Hotel whilst in fact its only 4 stars , no amenities and this hotel has no views of anything- side street that overlooks at nothing.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Nice spread. A change everyday would have been slightly better as we had only 1 dish being changed BUT it was a good spread

Pros: The hotel is located very close to Republic Square, and this enabled us to walk and see many interesting sights. The room was comfortable, the facilities (with some small exceptions) were very good. The terrace restaurant is great and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff members were very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick.

Cons: We had booked a room with a balcony and that was stated in our reservation. However, the hotel did not provide that to us, stating that they were full and that rooms with a balcony were not available - that was not what we expected. There was no iron and ironing board in the room - that would have helped.

Pros: Great, quiet hotel with friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and the showers were great. The hotel was a greatspot to relax after days full of meetings. Wish I had more time to try the spa services.

Cons: I was more or less happy with everything. It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel entry as it's a bit further back from the main street. But that was not a major barrier.

Pros: The breakfast was very good however the economy room is very small overall it was nice stay.

Pros: I stayed at Nova Hotel for 21 days with my family of 4 in a Studio Suit room which had a kitchenette. The hotel was brand new and very clean, service was great, staff were friendly and always smiling. I recommend NOVA to anyone who wants to visit Yerevan, Armenia.

Pros: One of the best place to stay in Yerevan. The hotel has a stunning interior and very comfortable rooms.

Cons: Room was too small ,direction is more than 800 meters that was mentioned in profile ,the breakfast was ordinary

Pros: The room was wonderful because the sleeping area was separated from the kitchenette and “living room” area. Everything g was new and spotless. Location was excellent -very close walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. The food on the Sinatra Restaurant was delicious, as was the Armenian red wine. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I asked for extra coffee packets but never received them.

Pros: A short walk from the Cascade and the Opera House. 5 minutes walk to the metro. Set a little back off busy main road so you don't get all the traffic noise. Clean and comfortable.

Pros: The best service and the best stuff ever it was my wedding and i stayed there and even they letted me to check in before the specific check in time tnx again..

Pros: Staff, Location and cleanliness figure high in my rating for this quiet hotel in bustling central Yerevan. The room size was above average and it has all the amenities, which is a plus in Armenia as I gather.

Pros: We had a comfortable suite! The location is great, in the center of the city, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, but the hotel itself is quiet. The breakfast is very luxurious. Parking is a bonus!

Pros: Modern nice room, comfortable bad, everyday bottle of still water in the room. Location was perfect, 3 min walk from Opera and 5 min from Kaskad. Very good roof top bar with beautiful view.

Cons: The only thing that disturbs, it’s a big garbage containers just in front of main entrance.

Pros: I had stayed in this hotel before and I like the location, staff and everything else except for extra charge for breakfast. I think it should have been included.

Cons: I wished that our kid could have stayed with us in the room. I had forgotten the fact that the rooms are only for two person. We had to get an extra room for our daughter on the 4th floor while we were on the 11th floor. So, instead of staying there for six nights, as our original reservation was for, we spent only one night. No hard feelings on my side. I should have read the entire restrictions ahead of time.

Pros: Really good hotel within walking distance to many places of interest and good cafes and bars. It is, however on a busy corner, but nonetheless we couldn’t hear the traffic from our room, we could if we opened the window though. Prices are OK in the hotel in the bar, but the ‘happy hour’ advertised is literally 1 cocktail each night. Staff at breakfast were brilliant, service was outstanding, so well done to those who work there. Rooms are clean and we can not fault the comfort of the bed. The spa is also worth a visit, especially if you do a lot of walking like we did.

Cons: There could be some more drawers in the room and hook some in the bathroom. A jacuzzi in the spa area would be a plus.

Pros: Lack of information about them Closing the pool for the day we chose to extent our stay only to use the pool. The staff was understanding and approached it in a good, problem solving way and found us another pool to go to.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and efficient. Fantastic service on checkin and check-out.The wine waiter at the bar gave a brilliant effective service, always with a smile and a chat. Swimming pool and pool bar lovely. Excellent spa and gym. This was one of the nicest stayed I’ve had in a long long time.

Cons: After reprogramming my key for the second time they said it was because of my phone but the problem wasn't solved and i kept reprogramming it twice a day, the breakfast is literally nonexistant except for sunday when the did it besides the pool, unhelpful staff and super unprofessional. Didn't meet my expectations at all !!

Pros: - Communal areas look great, but most important are the rooms (dated, not clean) - Breakfast was fine. Fresh fruit selection is very nice (cherries, watermelon, basterma). - Staff are all friendly (Nairi from breakfast staff) except the pool staff. - Reception, bar, restaurant areas all brand new and modern. - Location is good, central. - Pool set up is quite beautiful (trees around the pool...).

Cons: - The pool staff offer low quality service. They are not attentive (mess and dirt all around the pool, they do not clear empty plates, too arrogant?), and unfriendly (this has been the same for 12 years now, do something about it?!). Almost rude waiters. Pool music is very messy: 30 minutes of HAPPY BIRTHDAY songs blaring out loud (not nice at all), then 1h silence, then techno. Either get a dj or a proper playlist with correct, adequate volume (not nightclub then blank then speakers bursting: it does not give an enjoyable feeling at the pool side). I came here to relax and ended up getting stressed because of this. There is NO organization re vacant pool chairs: put some baskets for towels around the pool so guests can dispose of them and free up long chairs! This is the same situation from 12 years ago: chaos to find a free lounger. No signage on floor 0 (from lift to pool): you come out of the lift and then walk through a maze like a blind bat trying to find a pool or gym. Hang a sign! - Bedrooms are dated and not very clean (dust on the carpet), dirt behind the sink, hairs on the mattress cover, shower gel smells very strange (cheap quality). The TV menu is all wrong and only half the channels work. - When you check out the staff don't even say 'bye': the reception takes your money and end story. 'bye have a nice trip home and hope to see you soon' is the easiest thing in the world to say to guests: not just leave you standing there with an invoice in your hand. Having worked in a hotel for over 10 years all around the world, I have seen so much and I know what should and should not be done towards guests.

Pros: The Pool was a plus.

Cons: As I did 2 different bookings I had to change rooms. The second much smaller and older in the bathroom interior. And it has been a smoking room until 6 months ago and you could still smell it. For this smaller room I would have only given a 8,5

Pros: Huge bed. Great location. Helpful staff.

Cons: Rooms were slightly run down. Breakfast had flies all over. Not sure why.
