Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to city attractions and central areas. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, particularly regarding rude or unhelpful staff and issues with management. Cleanliness is also a concern, with several guests mentioning inadequate housekeeping and hygiene standards. Noise levels, both from within the hotel and from the street, are another common issue that affected guests' comfort during their stay. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in service, cleanliness, and noise insulation are needed.
