The staff were exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. We were treated fantastically and made to feel really welcome. A very personal service. The food there is great.

This really is a super place. The hotel is charming and the staff exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They helped arrange some super excursions and the restaurant food is lovely and great value. Seriously, cannot recommend highly enough

Wonderfull staff! Friendly and helpfull. Several -complementary- activities were offered like dumpling cooking class or tea tasting. Very cosy and rustic place.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed at! 10/10 no doubts.. Nice rooms, nice views, delitious food. Super awesome helpful staff with great english. They helped us to organize trips, book train, taxi etc. We will recommend you to everybody. Big thanks for your extra miles you do for guests.

I would HIGHLY suggest staying here. It is so easy to get to town using a scooter or bike or taxi. And it was so nice to be out of the craziness of west street. The hotel made it easy: thank you Alice and Marie! They booked our rafting for us as well as scooters for the entire stay. They had great suggestions for how to see the beauty of yangshou. They also were communicative about details prior to our stay.
That we couldn’t stay longer! The stay was great!
