Cons: We were invited to a breakfast, and would receive a gift card after a 45 minute timeshare presentation. It took 3 hours, and at the end, the sales lady told my wife, "you would have bought the timeshare if you wasn't married to him." She was very rude!

Cons: Every time we've been there, we've had an amazing stay. This time, we ended up getting a room that was a little less nice than most. There was also a terrible smell in the garbage disposal. We would highly recommend Kingsmill but we just had a less than perfect stay this particular time (although there have been perfect stays in the past).

Cons: When I went to check in she couldn't find my name and I put it right, then they saw that I had actually made the reservation, the television and the coffee machine were very old, the TV didn't work, we called to fix it, the person came was ok but then presented another problem and it didn’t work anymore, the coffee machine takes a long time to make coffee, it’s a beautiful hotel, but it is presenting these problems, wonderful dinner but very expensive.
