Pros (+)Â The bed was super comfortable and the location is perfect. Love this hotel every time we stay.
Pros (+)Â the fitness center, which was free to use, was amazing, especially the indoor lap pool. the entire hotel property needs a facelift to match the spa.
Cons (-)Â old and tired place... reminded me of the old resort hotels in upstate New York. tried to act like more than it was... very limited dining options, and those were way over priced. example: there's nothing and not enough you could put on s breakfast buffet that's worth $22, at least not in Williamsburg.
Pros (+)Â The hotel is in the middle of everything. Don't need a car until you leave. Well, you will have to drive to Jamestowne (be sure to go to the National Park Service Jamestowne). Go to the Trellis restaurant for a piece of Death by Chocolate (don't forget the camera).

Pros (+)Â Conviently located just steps away from Colonial Williamsburg, a must stay for the total experience. The staff are top-notch and the attention to your every detail, outstanding.
Pros (+)Â Location was great. Very quiet hotel just steps from Colonial Williamsburg. Front desk staff was extremely helpful at all hours. Convenient parking. Safe area. Beds were very good and the meeting facilities were outstanding for our group of hundreds of lady golfers.
Cons (-)Â The bar hostess was always hesitant to decide where to seat is. She seemed confused but very nice. Cocktail staff at the ballroom event was generally good but one woman overcharged us for a mixed drink and then could not correct her mistake properly.
