Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions like Busch Gardens and Williamsburg sites. Some guests found the value for the price to be reasonable, and a few mentioned comfortable beds and friendly staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, presence of roaches, unpleasant odors, and unclean bathrooms. Some guests also noted maintenance problems, noise, and a lack of advertised amenities like breakfast. Overall, while the location and price were appreciated, cleanliness and upkeep were major concerns.
