The breakfast which is included was a highlight of our stay. The coffee is fabulous and the dining room is very cozy. The staff are very warm and eager to help. The location is on a quiet street very convenient to downtown Wiesbaden. Wish we had more occasion to stay at this hotel. A great guest experience and value.

Cons: I used to stay a few times in Hotel Klemm and I always loved its charming character and unique rooms, even if I mostly booked the size "S". This time I got a "S" room under the roof on a separate corridor that did not look charming at all. The carpet in the room had stains on it, and being under the roof, it was terribly hot even during the night (no air-conditioning). I was very disappointed, however the great breakfast compensated my sadness a bit. I scored lower as it is annoying to get the hottest room in the heat. Reception staff not too friendly.

Cons: It’s a lovely old property but the carpets need to be cleaned badly. Also my room location required stairs and this was not communicated and I had heavy luggage. The daily maid service was poor, didn’t replace used tea cups or even hang the robe I forget to put on hook.

Cons: There are a very few english language channels, while we found a large number of arabic language ones. I believe it is a shame for an international hotel chain not to have at least the main english speaking channels like CNN, BBC news, etc. Normally the size of the rooms are great even for normal category, this time unfortunately we had a quite small room.

Pros: When we arrived on a Sunday evening, the front desk didn't have our reservation. (It turns out that Kayak didn't process the booking to the Crown Plaza until after business hours on Friday).
As soon as we showed our Kayak booking confirmation, the Evening Supervisor was very apologetic and found us a room as quickly as he could. His colleague ordered us a portable crib for our 6 month old son, and we were on our way to our room.
Soon after we arrived in the room, a housekeeping staff member arrived with our crib and he also provided us with a bottle of still water for the baby. That was a nice touch.
The breakfast that was included with our rate was spectacular. The restaurant staff was very classy and courteous and the food selection and quality was great.
This hotel will be our preferred location when we travel again to the Rhein-Main area.

Cons: There is no en suite toilet. You have to leave the hostel area and enter a different part of the building to use the common toilet. I had trouble with my shower (in my bedroom) which provided only scalding hot water!

Cons: No AC on my room (it seems you have to ask extra for it), and for 30 degree, it was too hot and suffocated in the room (during night it was okay). The toilet was outside and you have to remember the password (or bring your phone with you) if you want to go to toilet.

The superior room was comfortable and spacious, with a kettle, coffee and tea, a minibar and traditional furniture. The large double bed is very comfortable. Bathroom compact, clean and functional. Bathtub, shower in tub. The breakfast room is stylish and pleasant, the breakfast buffet adequate. Pots of tea, all types of coffee, served by the cup, ask for additional cups as required.

Cons: TV a little tricky to operate - 3 different remote controls on console, 2 of which are needed for the TV. Instructions provided in German and English (on each side of a laminated card). It would be nice if the adjoining bar / restaurant (currently only used as the breakfast room) was open in the evenings as a bar/bistro. However there are many restaurants nearby.

Cons: Totally unhelpful staff. The hotel was locked when we arrived at 8pm (although it said check-in until 10pm. We were locked out and luckily another guest arrived and let us in, but reception was locked closed and we had no key nor room allocation. We rang the landlord who was reticent to come and give us a key. Since I had already paid and it was now nearly 9 pm I insisted. He came and said unbelievably, "Welcome!" He refused however to carry my heavy bag up two flights of stairs, notwithstanding the fact I carry a walking stick and am a pensioner/veteran. When we left two days hence, he arrived at the hotel 20 minutes late for those who wanted breakfast.

Pros: Located in the turkish district of Wiesbaden, it is full with turkish restaurants, supermarkets, hair salons, mobile phone shops, etc. Looks bit creepy because it is full of people hanging around on the street, but it is quiet. The historic city centre is across the street, very close. Street parking is chargeable between 9 and 16 right in front of the hotel, and similar on streets nearby. Free spots are hard to find. There are also REWE and Netto supermarkets nearby. Bus station with many connections also nearby. Breakfast is very divers and delicious.

Cons: Because the street is narrow streetlamps light up the room and residents from across the street can easily look into the hotel rooms. There are however curtains which have to be used. For some reason, the room was very warm, even thou the heating was off. Also because of the narrow street, when the street is being cleaned or trash picked up it gets noisy even with closed windows. This happens around 7 AM.

Cons: The bathroom in general, the toilet area specifically. We were two friends traveling together, the bathroom is frosted glass - no privacy for any bodily functions, you can hear everything! The toilet is between the glass shower and the glass wall, one barely has room to sit never mind having room to do anything of necessity like wiping.

Cons: Tub drain didn't really drain well/quickly. So you were showering in "used water" around your ankles. Screw-on sink drain knob was missing: a bit sharp for your hand when shaving. Toilet paper dispenser, metal, bumps you when you sit/get up from toilet (ergonomy). No air fan in bathroom. Charging devices only worked if you left main room light on (!) (while trying to sleep), honestly that is also very puzzling to have electrical sockets only work if overhead light is on. Café not open in early evening.

Cons: They have a cabinet marked minibar. No minibar inside. They give two small bottles of water the first day and don’t replace after other consecutive days. The carpet was dirty. The cleaning staff leaves they’re equipped out in the hallway when they’re working. Easy to trip over. The breakfast is much too expensive at 9.90 euros. The wait staff in the dining room doesn’t clean the tables after the customers leave. There were about 13 tables. Five were never cleaned up after the guests left.

The family room was extremely dirty; you could see dust, hair and mold everywhere in the room and the bathroom. Very aged room. It definitely requires full makeover. This cannot be a 3 stars hotel. I would not give them even one star....

Cons: We ordered two separate rooms, but without asking us anything they decided to put our groups in one bigger room with only one bathroom, one TV and two extremely small windows. Also the room smelled like mold, and they have probably had some water problems because the walls and ceilings were full of orangy spots. After requiring to get two separate rooms as ordered we got slightly better rooms which didn't smell but we're equally covered with strange spots all over the walls. The toilet in our room was leaking and therefore the whole bathroom floor was wet. The toilet was so small that it was almost impossible to close the bathroom door while using the toilet since there was no space for your legs. They didn't even have the space to fit the bathroom sink inside the toilet. Instead the sink was next to the bed in the tiny bedroom. This was the most horrible hotel I've ever visited. The only good dude of it is the location.
