Cons: We were not aware that the hotel restaurant was closed on Sundays, which meant we had to go out in rather unclement weather to look for somewhere else to eat. We don't think there was any mention of this on your site.

Pros: The location is perfect as it is in a lovely part of the city. The hotel rooms are large and well appointed. The bathrooms are large and very "western" The place is quite elegant and the mineral baths are located in the hotel. The staff was lovely and accomodating.

Pros: When we arrived on a Sunday evening, the front desk didn't have our reservation. (It turns out that Kayak didn't process the booking to the Crown Plaza until after business hours on Friday).
As soon as we showed our Kayak booking confirmation, the Evening Supervisor was very apologetic and found us a room as quickly as he could. His colleague ordered us a portable crib for our 6 month old son, and we were on our way to our room.
Soon after we arrived in the room, a housekeeping staff member arrived with our crib and he also provided us with a bottle of still water for the baby. That was a nice touch.
The breakfast that was included with our rate was spectacular. The restaurant staff was very classy and courteous and the food selection and quality was great.
This hotel will be our preferred location when we travel again to the Rhein-Main area.

Cons: Really, honestly, in 2010, I think hotels should not be charging what they do for internet. It should just be free. Period. It's a ridiculous scam that hotels charge what they do for internet.

Pros: Our room at Hotel Kochbrunnen was charming and very roomy. This was enhanced by the high celings and chandelier. There is a nice seating area with a victorian setee and two chairs. Also, a small refrigerator was a welcome addition. The staff is friendly and helpful and communicate well in English.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was charming and breakfast was great with loads to eat including cold cuts, cheeses, cakes, the wonderful dark German breads, fruits and all the usual breakfast drinks. Our room faced the street so there was some noise but that was easily remedied by closing the window. We were there in July and because of this, the room did have a tendency to get hot as the sun shone mostly on our side of the building. There was a fan in the room that we used to keep us cool while we slept. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Cons: We discovered after arrival that there was no internet connection, which was a "must" for us when booking the hotel. The entire structure urgently needs refresh/maintanence, furniture is dated and seems disposed casually in the rooms, bathroom had bad odours, roomcleaning was minimalist ... overall not a positive experience
