Pros: The location was perfect, the staff were polite and professional, the room was clean, spacious and actually had a window with an excellent view, and that opened fully! The shower in the bathroom was also excellent. The breakfast was also impressive as I’m vegan and usually there is nothing to eat for me, but I was able fill up on lots of delicious vegan friendly food. Thank you!

The shower in the bathroom was also excellent. Of course we sight, but nobody check it in restaurant and the recepcionist also can ask restaurant check what we got . Do Nothing! Just" you sight it". Zero hospitaly, Zero tolerance, Zero help in this accident. So be carful when you sight any thing here! Very disappointed!

Cons: Everything was awesome. ..until we departed. Had my car valeted, when the gentleman brought me my car... all my seating mirrors were all out of adjustment. Also prior to entering the vehicle I handed him a tip... he just walked away...no assistance with our luggage, didn't even have the courtesy to go to the passenger side to open my wife's door. He just proceeded back to the hotel. We've received better valet service from much lower end hotel. Just that you tend to expect the little things from a hotel of this caliber. The remainder of the staff was fabulous.

Cons: The hallways often had an odd smell, like bad breath. Our “balcony” while strictly ornamental, was very dirty and filled with moss and filth. Not what I’d expect of a hotel of this quality.

Pros: The Fontana was around the corner from my daughter's home. Their cat had been lost and I was looking for it. The staff gave me phone numbers of various places that helped find animals and offered much assistance. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel. They really go out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back. The location is within walking distance to all the amenities and the town of Wiesbaden.

Pros: It is only 20 minutes to drive from this hotel to Frankfurt Airport. But it is not too close to airport, so there are no noise from airplanes above your head! Car parking is available at your choice at three zones near hotel: free parking at the entrance (4 spots) and also along the street, and paid parking inside hotel garage (8 spots). The bathroom has a real bath tub which is a rare thing in our days in the hotels ! The owner of hotel greets the customers and do paperwork by himself.

The staff gave me phone numbers of various places that helped find animals and offered much assistance. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel. They really go out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back. The location is within walking distance to all the amenities and the town of Wiesbaden.

Pros: It is only 20 minutes to drive from this hotel to Frankfurt Airport. But it is not too close to airport, so there are no noise from airplanes above your head! Car parking is available at your choice at three zones near hotel: free parking at the entrance (4 spots) and also along the street, and paid parking inside hotel garage (8 spots). The bathroom has a real bath tub which is a rare thing in our days in the hotels ! The owner of hotel greets the customers and do paperwork by himself.
Cons: The room does not have coffee making machine. But, instead, I used very hot water from the sink to make a cup of instant coffee which I had with me!

Pros: When we arrived on a Sunday evening, the front desk didn't have our reservation. (It turns out that Kayak didn't process the booking to the Crown Plaza until after business hours on Friday).
As soon as we showed our Kayak booking confirmation, the Evening Supervisor was very apologetic and found us a room as quickly as he could. His colleague ordered us a portable crib for our 6 month old son, and we were on our way to our room.
Soon after we arrived in the room, a housekeeping staff member arrived with our crib and he also provided us with a bottle of still water for the baby. That was a nice touch.
The breakfast that was included with our rate was spectacular. The restaurant staff was very classy and courteous and the food selection and quality was great.
This hotel will be our preferred location when we travel again to the Rhein-Main area.

When asked why, I was told SECURITY. Allow burglars in on the ground floor but sop people from jumping on the second floor????????

The hotel has a car park but it's a bit complex to get into and out of involving using a vehicle lift. It will only hold cars up to about 4.8m length. Breakfast is continental or full English buffet style. There is a lift for getting to and from the upper floors and the garage. The staff were very good and helpful. Have visited this hotel on a number of trips. On this trip they were refurbishing the hotel so the upper two floors were under reconstruction, so don't know whether they will be an improvement or not on current standards. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant, just a bar, so you will need to eat out or bring in your own. Closest cheap place is Thai Express just 5 minutes walk away. There are a lot of other restaurants just as close. Karims (Moroccan) is very good as is Yu Fish (Chinese). It used to be an Ibis hotel bbut is now under a different chain Novum.

The one elevator was reserved at times for construction and therefore unavailable for transporting guests and their luggage and we once got stuck inside because the elevator was locked to stop at the top floor with a locked door blocking the exit. There was no safe in the room although it was listed as a commodity on booking.com. The room needed some deep cleaning (stains on walls, window edge).

Cons: We booked a room with a balcony AND kitchenette as advertised on the site. Apparently no such rooms exist. You get one or the other. We were offered a refund of breakfast costs by one receptionist but the one on the next day said it wasn't happening. The hotel is in a noisy street. We asked to be placed on a higher floor which they agreed to but never did anything about. Noise from the street is high and the window only opens a few centimetres at the top so it was extremely hot without a breeze or air conditioning.

Pros: Good location, clean rooms and bathroom with bath tub. Good breakfast with hot and sweet selection. The hotel was great and I would give this hotel at least an 8 but the reception staff are so unfriendly I have to reduce the rating!
Cons: The receptionist staff are so unfriendly. I know it’s Germany but please try to be friendly. To the young male receptionist please get some people skills. You checked us in and your attitude was terrible!!!

Cons: The hotel needs a major restoration. Things in the bathroom are ready to collapse, there is no A/C in the rooms. The room was not cleaned as the cleaning staff arrived at 11:00, but we were still in the room, so they did not bother to clean it later. The staff with one exception was moody, and we had the feeling that we were bothering them when we asked for assistance.

Cons: Hotel is dated and needs upgrading. Tired looking. No air conditioning and unfortunately my stay was at the worst heatwave. With no air conditioning the hotel should be able to provide fans. With climate change happening a little investment in ceiling fans would be good. We got a fan but it took several requests and intervention from a local family member for us to get one.

Pros: The comfort, the great courtesy and knowledge of the international staff and the short distance to the centre of Wiesbaden. We did not want a full breakfast, but just coffee and croissants and this was fully taken into account in the bill. Parking was next door and totally appropriate. This may seem strange, but I also appreciated the wooden clothes hangers that I use at home.
Cons: Not much could have been better for the totally appropriate price that was charged. I suppose that it would have been nice to have had a little bit more information concerning the town of Wiesbaden.

Cons: The hotel is clean and with good standards but some of the details make it look strangely old. For example, the room was big and comfortable but the windows haven't been cleaned for ages, so that one could hardly see the town, although the hotel-tower is on a hill above the town.

The family room was extremely dirty; you could see dust, hair and mold everywhere in the room and the bathroom. Very aged room. It definitely requires full makeover. This cannot be a 3 stars hotel. Cons: We ordered two separate rooms, but without asking us anything they decided to put our groups in one bigger room with only one bathroom, one TV and two extremely small windows. Also the room smelled like mold, and they have probably had some water problems because the walls and ceilings were full of orangy spots. After requiring to get two separate rooms as ordered we got slightly better rooms which didn't smell but we're equally covered with strange spots all over the walls. The toilet in our room was leaking and therefore the whole bathroom floor was wet. The toilet was so small that it was almost impossible to close the bathroom door while using the toilet since there was no space for your legs. They didn't even have the space to fit the bathroom sink inside the toilet. Instead the sink was next to the bed in the tiny bedroom. This was the most horrible hotel I've ever visited. The only good dude of it is the location.
