Pros (+) The front desk staff person tried to be as helpful as she could.
Cons (-) -No staff person regularly on staff. -The TV remote didn't work. The front desk person came to investigae, and came back with a new remote that she tried in vain to program. She did her best to be helpful with a situation that had nothing to do with her. When I finally got the TV on manually, the channels didn't match the little card, and there was no PBS.
