Fantastic breakfast, freshly cooked and lots of choice. The service was attentive yet not intrusive at all. We were asked at each meal to give our choices - we could change what we had according to what we wanted on the day. Good quality food, freshly cooked and well presented. No complaints at all
No complaints at all. very comfotable room, well furnished and spotlessly clean.
Everything about the Middleham was excellent, we couldn't fault a thing.
Very comfortable and clean accommodation in which our room overlooked the sea. The hosts were friendly and very helpful ( regarding local sights / restaurants). Central location . I would certainly return to this B&B
Absolutely lovely place !
Having to leave !
Very hospitable, lovely room with a sea view and the breakfast was superb. We will definitely be visiting again.

Explore the charming old town with its narrow cobble streets or walk up the 199 steps to St Mary’s church and Whitby Abbey. The spacious en suite rooms include double, family and king-size four-poster rooms. Some of the rooms have stunning sea views. Each room has a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and an alarm clock/radio. Free wireless internet access is available throughout. There is a large resident’s lounge, with a TV and video. You are welcome to bring your own wine and beer, and glasses are available for you to use. A full English breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals, followed by a full English breakfast. Vegetarian options are also available.
