Location, room size
The staff were incredible - and the location couldn’t be better!
Staff was absolutely amazing! Great location
The room may have been undergoing renovations and there was unfinished sheetrock in the ceiling.
My 12 year old grandson accompanied me. He thought it was the nicest hotel ever! I was very pleased, especially with the gentleman that met us to take our luggage. They were so friendly and helpful. The cafe staff also very personable. The taxi driver also mentioned what a good hotel we stayed in, He stated good people worked at The Willard.
The one window was up very high, no view on the 11th floor
This is one of the oldest DC hotels but retains its beauty & charm. We were thrilled to find this Washington gem. We could walk to the majority of sites.
