Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many were disappointed with the value for price, citing high costs for what was offered, especially regarding extra charges for amenities like breakfast and the minibar. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of mold, dust, and pests. Additionally, some found the beds uncomfortable and the rooms small or lacking in comfort. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and value.
