The room and bathroom is really clean. The breakfast is amazing.
The room is kind of cold. I am not sure if the conditioner is working. Even though I set the temp to 25 degree, I still feel a bit of cold.
Staff was amazing, especially Shay and Tracy from the Huntingdon Manor! The included breakfast was wonderful, which makes the cost of the stay well worth it! The classic bed and breakfast makes your Victorian stay that much more special. Thank you! Would definitely come again!
The breakfast is amazing! Especially day 2!
Love this place! Been in 4 rooms now and none of them disappoint. The location is excellent. The old Victorian style of the building, furniture and decor as well as the fine quality of everything they serve make this our favorite place to stay. Great service and breakfast in the morning with a view of the harbour. So much to do within walking distance between restaurants, bars, shopping, museum, and other activities. Plus of all the places with full view of the inner harbour this is the best price and value and considering the breakfast is included its even better. It's s not some cookie cutter hotel room. Every room is very unique so looking forward to our next stay. Especially enjoyable during Christmas season as the place is decorated and the inner harbour views with the buildings and surrounds lit up make it even better.
Could use some re painting on the exterior
The breakfast was wonderful, and I liked the variation on the second morning...Eggs Benedict and waffles.
Room layout was a little odd, (#8) but we slept well, and the turn down service the first night was a very nice touch.
Enjoy a unique Victorian experience. The historic Pendray Inn and Tea House was built as a private residence in the late 1890's. Today, it boasts a unique collection of 9 distinctive suites all with their own personality and charm. The interior of the mansion boasts beautiful original woodwork, stained glass windows and crystal chandeliers. The tea room, located on the first floor of the Mansion, offers traditional afternoon tea and is currently opened Wednesday through Sundays. The mansion occupies a prominent location on the edge of Victoria's Inner Harbour and is surrounded by elegantly landscaped gardens, wandering pathways and lovely fountains. In addition to the Pendray Inn and Tea House, two other historic buildings; the Middle House and the Judges House, add to the charm of the surrounding grounds. The Pendray Inn and Tea House offers authenticity, warmth and character. It ideally caters to those looking for a romantic getaway, couple's retreat, social or corporate guests. Please note that as the Pendray Inn is a heritage home, it does not offer wheelchair access or elevators. We are pleased to assist with your luggage handling day or night.
