Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful navigating is through the city. The breakfast area was lovely with panoramic views on the 18th floor. The pool and hot tub were clean. And the gym had a great selection of equipment.

Pros (+) A great place to hang out, have dinner, without having to leave the hotel. Place is clean, staff friendly. Great pricing for location. The jazz band during dinner was terrific. It was such a rainy day when I was there so it was nice that I could just go to the hotel restaurant. The food and drinks were fabulous! Right behind the Empress hotel and near shops.
