I called after my stay to find out why I was charged $18. I was called back by Daniel who was extremely rude and combative. He wouldn't even give me his last name when I asked. At check-in we were told to show the keycard upon exit for parking. When we parked in the structure, the sign said free parking for hotel patrons. A lot went wrong for our one night stay. The door lock didn't work on the original room given to us. Maintenance had to come up and change the battery in the lock. After we got settled in, we noticed a loud rumbling noise. We turned off everything-a/c & TV and it was still there. After 2 calls to the front desk, maintenance showed up again.
