Always a great hotel to stay in - one of our favourites!
Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely restaurant and ideal location.
As usual the staff was very attentive and professional.
This time there was limited access to the restaurant for dinner. I assume that this was a seasonal phenomen related to the time of year festivities.
I liked the location, quiet and close to the center of the town.
First, I didn't like that the receptionist asked me twice (in two consecutive days) to move my car from the hotel's parking, even if I payed an extra-amount to leave my car in the hotel-parking! She told me to park the car on a small alley between the hotel and another building, which was not lightened and not guarded. I was told it is a safe place, ha ha! Second, I didn't like that the receptionist asked me to pay a bigger amount than mentioned on the booking!! She told this is because the exchange rate, but it was untrue, as the Bulgarian currency has a fixed rate to the Euro! No receipt, of course. Finally, I didn't liked the breakfast, as they served tea and milk in 100 ml cups, half empty!
Clean with spacious large rooms and all you need is in them.friendly staff too.Nice view over the park.Ample car parking (but it is not free although its cheap) is just outside,so no need to pay the extra really,to the hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean with a huge bathroom!
Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely room in quiet street at the centre of the town.
Clean, reasonably comfortable, quiet. Good Italian style restaurant. Breakfast perhaps a bit hit and miss. If you take the "French" breakfast, they serve "muesli" and not "mussels"!
The service is excellent the staff speak some English, reception is 24hrs, the rooms are all to a super standard, the food and service in the restaurant is excellent and they serve until 11pm
