Cons (-) This room was disgustingly dirty. It smelled like smoke. There was still trash in the hotel, on the floor, and the containers for the bathroom they give were empty. There was a bunch of lotion on the floor of the bathroom too. There were holes in the carpet and in the curtains. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Pros (+) The staff were friendly - we needed a spot for breakfast before their breakfast was served and they were able to help us out - even though it was only 5am. They were friendly on check-in and check-out. No issues at all. For how close the hotel is to the freeway, there's NO road noise at all once inside. I was very surprised by that.
Cons (-) No negative experiences that they could have helped. Their driveway is really narrow but we didn't really have any issues with it. Someone near us had a kid that was running up and down the hall and stairs near our room at all hours of the night, but we just turned on the fan in our room and we could easily drown it out.

Pros (+) I booked this room for its convenient location and affordability.
Cons (-) Pulled down the bedspread and found hairs and bed bug fecal matter. They didn't even put fresh sheets on after the last person!

Pros (+) Following an extended day of travel it was a delight to be greeted so warmly. The young lady at the front desk didn't simply check me in, she took time to inquire about my day. Her demeanor complements the hospitality industry.
Cons (-) The outer area carpets are a bit worn but not a major issue. If you want more, go pay way more somewhere else.

Pros (+) The location was great.
Cons (-) They lost my reservation. I reserved 2 gueens. They didnt have any available. So my husband and 3 kids had to share a king size bed. The room smelled musty. And the laundry room and hot tub was out of order.
