Pros (+) Clean and modern rooms, close to public transportation (Skytrain and buses). Lots of food in the area. Staff was excellent from front concierge to the maid service. Pool and gym were nice, public restrooms were well maintained in the fitness area and they provide extra towels.
Cons (-) No safe or microwave in the room and no breakfast included. We would have liked at least one kids channel (Disney/Nickelodeon/Cartoon Network). The majority was news or movie channels which is difficult to censor for children.

Pros (+) The location i believe is great. Not in downtown, but in Vancouver center. Which was great for us. Just a 5 minute walk to the nearest sky train station.
